By cleverly altering the layout Strutt Studios redesigned the space to maximize both function and comfort but still retain its heritage character.
Removing a single wall and manipulating the floor plate allowed Strutt Studios to triple the kitchen storage, and add a laundry and full-size bathtub, amenities not found in the rest of the block.
