Centrally located in Buenos Aires, the 25sqm/269sqft El Camarin apartment occupies a triangular space in a 1950s building previously left empty due to its small size.
A unique scalloped balcony screen allowed iR architecture to incorporate the balcony into an expanded living area.
The bedroom was relocated and separated from the living area with a combined storage/shelving unit that slides underneath the bed.
Polished concrete throughout connects each part of the home, leading through to the bathroom where a multifunctional ladder allows access to the rooftop terrace. A hidden feature that provides an oasis of calm within the busy city.
